Whether you just celebrated Canada Day or the 4th of July, there’s no doubt about it – it’s summer!
For us, summer is both relaxing and busy – lots of parties, bbqs, potlucks, large family gatherings and picnics. But SO much fun!
I’m always on the lookout for easy ways to feed a crowd, especially recipes that I can make ahead of time. And it definitely helps if they’re budget-friendly recipes too! If you’re cooking a dish for a big family reunion or birthday party, you want to make sure it’s somewhat inexpensive.
