You can omit the ground beef and make this a vegetarian dish

STEP 3 Peel and chop onion  and garlic

You can use the same pot that you browned the ground beef in - just drain the grease first

The milk should be added slowly and should be mixed well

GOOD TO KNOW

This mixture will get really thick and seize up, but just keep going and it will start to loosen and thin out.

STEP 9 Add yogurt, shredded cheese and chilies
