3 Ingredient Healthy Tropical Popsicles (and the best popsicle mold for toddlers!)

Prep Time5 minutes
Total Time5 minutes
Servings: 9 mini popsicles
Author: Myra

Ingredients

  • 1 banana I used one that was quite ripe because it's sweeter
  • 1/2 cup mango (approximately) I used frozen
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  • Soak the frozen mango in a little warm water to thaw it quickly or defrost it in the microwave or on the counter (or use fresh mango).
  • Put it in a small blender with the banana and coconut milk.
  • Blend to puree. If it seems too thick you can always add more coconut milk, but remember, no one has to drink it - it can just be poured or spooned into the popsicle mold.
  • Fill up your mold, pop the sticks in and freeze for a few hours. Enjoy! :)

Notes

You can freeze leftover coconut milk in an ice cube tray so you add a splash of coconut flavour to popsicles or smoothies anytime instead of opening a new can.
