1 bananaI used one that was quite ripe because it's sweeter
1/2cupmango(approximately) I used frozen
1/4cupcoconut milk
Instructions
Soak the frozen mango in a little warm water to thaw it quickly or defrost it in the microwave or on the counter (or use fresh mango).
Put it in a small blender with the banana and coconut milk.
Blend to puree. If it seems too thick you can always add more coconut milk, but remember, no one has to drink it - it can just be poured or spooned into the popsicle mold.
Fill up your mold, pop the sticks in and freeze for a few hours.

Notes
You can freeze leftover coconut milk in an ice cube tray so you add a splash of coconut flavour to popsicles or smoothies anytime instead of opening a new can.
