Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.
In a medium-sized pan or pot, combine the minced clove of garlic, cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Whisk occasionally over medium-low heat until the cream cheese starts to soften and break down, then whisk together until creamy and free of lumps. It will take about five minutes.
Meanwhile, mince parsley. Stir the minced parsley into the white sauce, let it cool for a minute or two if you'd like, and then spread over your prepared dough.
Cook 1/4 package of bacon during this time as well (or whenyou're making the dough, if that applies). **
Shred about 3/4 cup of cheese and slice an onion into thin slices (optional but tasty!).
Press prepared dough into a greased pizza pan.
Assemble pizza: on top of the sauce, sprinkle cheese. Cover cheese with tomato, then with slices of onion and crumbled (cooked) bacon.
Bake in preheated 450 degree F oven for 12-14 minutes (check the bottom of the crust to make sure it's browned and cooked through) for one pizza, or 16-17 minutes for two pizzas, rotating them from top to bottom rack halfway through.
Top with shredded iceberg lettuce and enjoy! :)
