Creamy Maple Curry Salad Dressing

This Creamy Maple Curry Salad Dressing is sweet, light but still rich, and super warming for fall and winter. Try it with our Healthy Fall Salad with Kale and Sweet Potatoes for a match made in heaven.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 large pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine first four ingredients. Heat a pan over low heat, add olive oil and spice mixture and cook for a few minutes, stirring, until spices are fragrant and toasted.
  • Pour spices into a small bowl. Add maple syrup, yogurt and mayo. Stir well to combine.
