Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and make sure your racks are centered in the oven.
Chop one chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. I like to use a fork to hold the chicken and avoid as much raw chicken on my hands as possible. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and start to cook the chicken.
In a small bowl, combine barbecue sauce and sweet chili sauce.
Slice red pepper and green onions, and shred cheese. You can also rinse and pat dry cilantro and chop it for later.
Once the chicken is nicely browned, add a few tablespoons of sauce to coat the pieces and take it off the heat.
Stretch prepared dough (we recommend our Easy Homemade Pizza Dough recipe* - which makes enough for two 12-inch pizzas) over greased pizza pans. Top with the sauce, cheese, chicken pieces, red peppers and green onions.
Bake in preheated 450 degree F oven for about 12-14 minutes for one pizza, or 16-17 minutes for two pizzas, rotating them from top to bottom rack halfway through. OVENS VARY - Check the bottom of the crust to make sure it's browned and cooked through.
While pizza is baking, toast 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds in a dry frying pan over low heat until they are lightly browned.
When pizza is ready, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped cilantro.
Enjoy! :)
