These Ground Beef Kebabs are SUPER easy to make, whether you’re grilling for a summer BBQ or baking them in the oven year-round. They’ll be the hit of your next potluck or dinner!

Gently mix together ground beef, egg and spices - don't overmix!

If you’re using skewers, start by soaking them in a pan of water for about half an hour so they don’t burn.

Don't only use lean ground beef - it will be too dry. Use medium or use a mix of lean and medium.

Gently form into oblong shapes on skewers

If you aren't using skewers, simply form and place on sheet pan

Line your sheet pan with foil to make it easier to clean

Grill until an internal temperature of 165 F - try not to overcook

Let them sit undisturbed until they form a nice sear on the bottom

If baking, once they are done, broil for a minute or two to brown the meat
