STEP 1 Get your ingredients ready

STEP 2 Spread mayo on slices of bread - top one side with cream cheese and the other with stuffing

Take cream cheese out 10 minutes before you use it so it doesn't tear your bread when you try to spread it

To avoid having cold turkey in your sandwich, put the sliced turkey in the microwave for  20 seconds

STEP 4 Add sandwich to melted butter in a cast iron frying pan

Cook this slowly on low-medium heat so the middle is warm and the outside is toasted

STEP 5 Flip the sandwich over and grill the other side
